Ichiran. After a long day of classes in China Business Environment and Company Law, we enjoyed some ramen at Ichiran in Causeway Bay. This restuarant is all about the experience, and has immaculate decorations, cute "cubbies" to eat in and extremely polite workers. On the Japanese theme, I booked my tickets (tentatively booked) to Tokyo for later in October!
